Preparation of project proposals, feasibility studies including income andexpenditure cashflow, budget appraisals and project financing scheme.2. Preparation of preliminary cost estimates, cost plans, value engineering,cost-in-use and life-cycle costing.3. Preparation of negotiation and tender documents for lump sum contract withbill of quantities, lump sum contract with schedule of rates , turnkey , designand build contract, provisional quantities contract and package deal contractof local and international bid.4. Evaluation of tender and preparation of cost analysis and tender report.5. Preparation of conditions of contract, method of measurement and contractdocuments.6. Advise on types of project procurement, tenders, conditions of contract andconstruction period.7. Preparation of documents and reports for pre-qualification of contractors,sub-contractors and specialists, named or nominated sub-contractors andsuppliers.8. Advise , plan, organise and placement of project management team.9. Pricing of proposals, tenders and bills of quantities.3.2 POST CONTRACT SERVICES1. Advise , plan, organise and placement of project team.2. Valuation of works in progress and preparation of certificate for interimpayment or interim claims.3. Evaluation, valuation of variation works and preparationand settlement offinal account.4. Preparation of documents and reports for appointment of contractors, subcontractorsand specialists, named or nominated sub-contractors andsuppliers.5. Advise on cost control system and preparation of report on anticipated finalcost.6. Preparation of final cost for contract based on provisional bills of quantities.7. Preparation and settlement of contractual claims.8.
