Section 22: The judicial police officer charged with the execution of a warrant of arrest may beaccompanied by a sufficient number of law enforcement officers to prevent the person fromescaping.Section 23: The judicial police officer charged with the execution of a warrant of arrest may notenter any place of abode before 6 a.m. or after 6 p.m. for purpose of executing the warrant.Section 24: The judicial police officer who executes a warrant of arrest shall be bound to takesteps to issue a notice of discontinuance of the search for the person arrested as soon as suchperson has been handed over to the competent judicial authority.Section 25: An imprisonment warrant shall be an order given by a trial court to thesuperintendent of a prison to receive and detain a convict.Section 26: With the exception of a production warrant, ail warrants or summonses shall state thefull name, date and place of birth, affiliation, occupation and address of the person named thereinand it shall be dated, stamped and signed by the magistrate issuing it or by the president of thetrial court.A production warrant may state only the full name of the detainee and the prison where theperson is detained.Section 27:(1) Court processes shall be executed throughout the Republic of <strong>Cameroon</strong>.(2) A court process remains enforceable unless it is withdrawn by the competent magistrate.Section 28: Subject to the provisions of section 23, any court process may be executed at anytime and on any day including Sundays and public holidays.
