Wipers & Washers2Wipers & WashersWIPER CONTROLS321H2680The wipers and washers will only operate when the starterswitch is in the first or second position.Single wipePull the lever down and release (if the lever is held down, thewipers will operate at high speed until the lever is released).Intermittent wipePush the lever up to the first position.Operating tip: If the road speeddrops below 5 mph (8 km/h)while the wipers are operating,they will slow to the next slowestoperating mode; ie. Fast wipe tonormal wipe, normal wipe tointermittent. This facility can bemanually overridden by changingthe wipe setting.Normal speed wipePush the lever up to the second position.Fast speed wipePush the lever up to the third position.Variable delay - intermittent wipeRotate the switch to vary the delay between wipes. The delaywill also vary according to road speed - any increase in speedwill decrease the delay.Auto-parkIf the starter switch is turned off while the wipers areoperating, the wipers will continue operating until the parkedposition is reached.Auto-park can be selectedor deselected by a Roverdealer.121
