A long leather coat fromthe 70s that originally belonged to mymother. she nearly threw it away.What is the one item of clothingyou couldn’t live without?A loose-fitting grey V-neck cashmerejumper I bought from a charity shop.I’ve been going to charity shops for aslong as I canremember –“I haveterrible under -wear. A friend gaveme a Rigby & Pellervoucher and said,‘Go there forGod’s sake!’”I’ve inheritedthe bug frommy mum.What isyourmostsuccessfulpartyoutfit? About 25 per cent.do you have a favourite lbd?A Vanessa bruno dress that I wore tothe press night for three days of rain.have you ever had to made tomeasure? Yes, for stage roles. oneof my favourites was a dress forplaying sylvia in the pride at theroyal court theatre, which I kept.What are your favourite designerand high-street shops? bi la li fordesigner, which you can buy on Neta-porter,and topshop.What is the most expensive itemin your wardrobe? A wool coat frombi la li which cost £700.
