Instead ofhaving a display inthe car park outsidet h e C a r t e r t o nRailway Station wemoved into theEvent Centre whichis in the middle oftown. This wasfortunate as theweather was wet,cold and miserable(not like theW a i r a r a p ashould be).Consequentlyfewer people visited Carterton because ofthe inclement weather. However, we stillhad an enjoyable day and met somepeople who showed an interest in gardenrailways.We want to thank Lee Collett andWarren Stringer who supplied the trackfor the day and Murray Clarke forbringing his buildings along with plantssupplied by Clareville Nursery.
