It’s time for MEto raise money for the students of OUR Academy! Thisyear’s Walkathon dollars will allow OA to install new gymbleachers. Participation is SO easy! As my classmates (theOUTSTANDING class of 1982) know, all I ask is a smalldonation of $5. That small gesture, combined with thesmall gesture of others, turns into a great contribution!I challenge other classes to compete against the Classof 1982! Last year the classes of 1980 and 1981 raised animpressive $100 each. Of course, my class was still well inthe lead with a total class donation of $215. This year let’smake it a REAL competition.Send your donation to Barb Hettesheimer at OA. Theclass of 1982 can send their money to me. I, along withBarb, will track all donations. (Checks should be made outto Oldenburg Academy, with “Walkathon” in the memosection.)Thank you ALL for your consideration, and ‘80, ’81… nicetry last year.Julie Daly Neyer ‘82ALUMNI NEWS - 19
