Vice MayorNinidze, who is also a board member of the Fund, signed the CityHall decree that transferred the 444 meter property to the Fund.On August 8th, the Fund also sold 78 sq. meters of land onChaxradze St. to “Balavari Ltd.” for 536,450 GEL.
