Deltaic sand is the deposits formed where stream losses velocity and drops part of its sediment.Geological formation along the right bank is alluvial silt. The formation after 2 km of the bank along theapproach road is alluvial silt and clay. Alluvial silt is a loose material brought down by River anddeposited in its bed and flood plain.
