As a future prospect, under this MoU, CEGIS and SD will jointly explore possibilities ofpartnering with additional institutions if requited to further enhance and increase outreach ofthe programmes.6.0 RemunerationFollowing principles of remuneration are proposed - The costs will be calculated on a reasonable basisand not at fully commercial rate.a. For Supporting training courses offered by CEGIS:• Faculty from CEGIS will be remunerated as per their payment requirements.• Tailor made training programs will be remunerated as per contracted value.b.
