Annex 8-2Loss Item 12: LOSS OF INCOME FROM RENTED -OUT AND ACCESS TO RENTED-IN RESIDENTIAL/COMMERCIAL PREMISESUnit of Entitlement Entitlements Application Guidelines Additional Services1. Owner of the rentedoutpremises asidentified by Censusand verified by IVC.2.
