REWIEWING AND OBTAINING THE TENDER DOCUMENT4.1. İhale dokümanı bu şartnamenin 1.1 maddesinde belirtilen adresten veya internet ortamındawww.hvlojk.tsk.tr adresinden bedelsiz olarak temin edilebilir. İhaleye katılabilmek için ihaledokümanını satın alma zorunluluğu yoktur.The tender document may be obtained free of charge at the address specified in Article 1.1 of thisAdministrative Specification or from website www.hvlojk.tsk.tr . There is no obligation to purchasethe tender document in order to participate in tender.4.2. İhale Dokümanları talep edilmesi halinde istekliye CD ortamında verilebilecek olup, teslimedilen CD`nin numarası Dizi Pusulası üzerine yazılır. İhale dokümanı CD’sinde eksiklik veya hataolması durumunda idarede basılı ihale dokümanı geçerlidir.The Tender Document shall be provided in CD format upon the request of the tenderer and thenumber of the given CD shall be writtten on the list of contents. In the event that there is an error ordefect on CD of the Tender Document, the hard copies belonging to the Contracting Entity shallprevail.4.3. İstekli, ihale dokümanını oluşturan belgelerin aslına uygunluğunu ve belgelerin tamam olupolmadığını kontrol eder. Kontrolü müteakip; ihale dokümanını oluşturan belgelerin teslim alındığınadair, biri istekliye verilmek üzere 2 (iki) nüsha imzalı standart form düzenlenir. Standart formüzerine, istekli tarafından teslim alınan ihale dokümanı CD’sinin numarası yazılacaktır.The tenderer shall check whether the documents comprising the tender document are true copiesand the documents are complete. İhale dokümanını internetten indiren isteklinin, kendi tebligat adresini idareye bildirmesigerekmektedir. Adresini bildirmeyen ve olabilecek değişiklikleri (zeyilname, idarenin uygun görmesihalinde yapılacak açıklama, düzeltme ilanı v.b.) internette takip etmeyen istekliler yapılandeğişiklikten dolayı bilgi sahibi olmaması durumunda idareden herhangi bir hak talebindebulunamaz.The tenderer who obtained tender document from website shall notify the Contracting Entity of hiscorresponding address. The tenderers who did not notify their address and did not follow anypossible amendment (addendum, explanation approved by the Contracting Entity or correctionetc.) on website shall not claim any right from the Contracting Entity due to being failed to beinformed of that amendment.5.
