Malzemeler OEM veya yetkili imalatçıya kadar takip edilebilir olacaktır.FN= Good ordered by this code shall have been produced maximum one year before the bidding dateor after the bidding date and shall be unusud and delivered in accordance with Article 27 of the draftcondtract. Good shall be traced to the OEM or licensed manufacturer.NM= Bu durum kodu ile teklif verilen malzemeler ihale tarihinden bir yıl önce ile ihale tarihinden en fazla üçyıl öncesi tarih aralığında üretilmiş ve kullanılmamış olacak ve sözleşme tasarısının 27’inci maddesine uygunolarak teslim edilecektir. Malzemeler OEM veya yetkili imalatçıya kadar takip edilebilir olacaktır. (Örneğinihale tarihi 1 OCAK 2013 ise NM durum kodlu malzeme 1 OCAK 2010 ile 1 OCAK 2012 arası bir tarihteüretilmiş olacaktır. 1 OCAK 2010 öncesi bir üretim tarihi kabul edilmeyecektir.)NM= Good ordered by this code shall have been produced between one year before the bidding dateand maximum three years before the bidding date period and shall be unused and delivered in accordancewith Article 27 of the draft condtract. Good shall be traced to the OEM or licensed manufacturer (As anexample, if the date of bidding is 1 January 2013, item in NM status code must be manufactured between 1January 2010 and 1 January 2012. The date of manufacturing before 1 January 2010 will not be accepted.)NS= Üretim tarihi, ihale tarihinden önceki üç yıldan once üretilmiş,ve kullanılmamış olacaktır. Hükümet veya ticari ihtiyaç fazlası malzeme satışına kadar veya üreticiye kadar takip edilebilirolduğuna dair dokümanlar ve yükleniciye ait C.O.C. belgesi,b. Açılmamış orijinal ambalajı içerisinde imalatçısını ve imalat tarihini gösteren orijinal etiketleri veyükleniciye ait C.O.C. belgesi.c. Malzemenin üreticisine ait uygunluk belgesi (C.O.C. belgesi).NS= The production date of good shall be of minimum 3 years before the bid date and shall beunused. At least one of the following shall be provided:a. The documents related to the materials which shall be traceable to a government or commercialsurplus sale or to the manufacturer and C.O.C. of the contractor.b.
