Yüklenici proforma faturasunda belirtilen sevk sayısından fazla sayıda sevkiyat yaptığındamalzemelerin muayene ve kabul işlemleri yapılacak, ancak fazladan yapılan sevkiyata ait navlun veordino ücretleri yüklenici tarafından karşılanacaktır (Konşimentolar PREPAID (Peşin Ödemeli)olarak gönderilecektir.). Bu masrafların yüklenici tarafından karşılanmaması halinde yüklenicininistihkakından (Akreditifinden) kesilecektir.If the Contractor makes more shipment than the quantity stated in proforma invoice, inspection andacceptance procedures of the good shall be performed, but freight and ordino costs for suchdelivery shall be borne by the Contractor. İdare ihtiyacın aciliyetine istinaden sözleşme konusu malzemelerin bir kısmının sevktarihinden önce ivedi sevkini isteyebilir. Böyle bir durumun yüklenici tarafından uygun bulunmasıdurumunda, istekliye teklifinde belirttiği sevk/lot sayısı haricinde ilave lot ile sevkiyat yapma imkanıtanınacaktır. Bu ilave lot/sevkiyatlardan kaynaklanacak tüm masraflar (navlun, ordino vb.) İdaretarafından karşılanacaktır.The Contracting Entity may request prompt shipment of one part of the subject good prior toshipment date based on the urgency of the requirement. İstekliler teslim sürelerini LAHİKA-12’e uygun verecektir. Akreditifin süresi busürelere göre belirlenecektir. Akreditifin teknik/idari sebepler dolayısıyla geç açılmış olması teslimsüresini etkilemeyecektir. Sözleşmenin imzalanmasını müteakip yüklenici tarafından yapılacakerken teslim idare tarafından kabul edilecek; ancak ödeme sözleşme tasarısının 10.3. maddesindebelirtildiği gibi olacaktır.The good shall be delivered to the PLACE OF DELIVERY in one lot/lots until the date stated in theproforma invoice following the notification by the Contracting Entity that the contract has beensigned mutually. The tenderers will give their delivery period in accordance with APPENDIX-12.The validity period of the letter of credit shall be determined in accordance with such time. In theevent that the letter of credit opens late due to technical/administrative reasons shall not affectdelivery period. After the contract was concluded, early delivery to be made by the Contractor shallbe accepted by the Contracting Entity; but payment shall be made as stated in Article 10.3. of draftcontract.HK13-A7-030 46
