ABD dışından yapılacak sevkıyatlar için, FOB/FCA teslim yeri olarak, malzemenin cinsi,miktarı, ağırlığı ve hacmi göz önüne alınarak MSB.lığının anlaşmalı olduğu deniz taşıma şirketininsefer yaptığı LAHİKA-9’da belirtilen herhangi bir liman ve/veya Hava Yolu ile sevk için Türk HavaYollarının ( www.thy.com.tr ) (veya İdarenin sözleşmeli hava taşıma şirketi) sefer yaptığı herhangibir hava limanı proforma faturada belirtilecektir.
