34. BÜTÜN TEKLİFLERİN REDDEDİLMESİ VE İHALENİN İPTAL EDİLMESİNDE İDARENİNSERBESTLİĞİFREEDOM OF THE CONTRACTING ENTITY TO REJECT ALL TENDERS AND CANCEL THEPROCUREMENT34.1. İhale yetkilisinin onayından önceki herhangi bir aşamada ihale komisyonu kararı üzerineidare, verilmiş olan bütün teklifleri reddederek ihaleyi iptal etmekte serbesttir. İdare bütün tekliflerinreddedilmesi nedeniyle herhangi bir yükümlülük altına girmez.The Contracting Entity shall be free to reject all tenders and cancel the procurement upon theresolution of the Tender Commission at any stage before the approval of the tender authority. TheContracting Entity shall not have any liability due to the rejection of all tenders.34.2. İhalenin iptal edilmesi halinde durum bütün isteklilere derhal bildirilir.In the event that the tender is cancelled, all tenderers shall immediately be notified of that situation.34.3.
