Teklif, proforma faturada yer alan birim fiyatlar esas olmak üzere İhale Komisyonutarafından resen düzeltilecek ve yeni teklif bedeli belirlenecektir. Bu durumun, İstekli tarafından dakabul edilmesi gereklidir. Bu durum istekliye hemen yazı ile bildirilir.Tender shall be corrected by the Tender Commission ex-officio by taking unit prices in theproforma invoice basis and a new tender price shall be determined. It should also be accepted bythe Tenderer. The Tenderer shall be promptly notified of that case.31.3.2.
