The missing information on the envelope other than the work referred by the tender and fulladdress of the Contracting Entity holding the procurement shall be completed by the tenderer or itsrepresentative if they participate in tender commission meeting and such tender letters shall alsobe taken into evaluation. When the tenderer or its representative do not participate in the meeting,in the event that name, surname or commercial title of the tenderer and full notification address isnot written on the envelope and tender envelopes are unsigned and unsealed/unstamped but suchinformation is provided within the envelope, such tenders shall be taken into evaluation. In additionin the event that phone and fax number and e-mail address are not provided in the envelope, suchtenders shall be taken into evaluation. Missing information shall be completed during theexamination of tender commission.30.4. Teklif zarfları, isteklilerle birlikte hazır bulunanlar önünde, alınış sırasına göre açılır. Teklif değerlendirmeye başlamadan önce, isteklilerin yasaklı olup olmadığı, Kamu İhaleKanununun 58’inci maddesi ve Millî Savunma Bakanlığının (ilgili ve bağlıları dâhil) 4734 SayılıKanunun 3’üncü maddesine göre yaptığı ihale ve alımlardaki yasaklamalar dâhil incelenerek, İhaleKomisyonuna bilgi verilir. Yasaklı istekli/istekliler değerlendirme dışı bırakılacaktır.Before the evaluation of tender, prohibitions on tenders and procurements held by Turkish Ministryof National Defense (including its Subordinates) according to Article 58 of Public Procurement Lawand Article 3 of Law No. 4734 shall be examined to determine whether the tenderer is prohibitedand Tender Commission is informed.
