İhale üzerine kalan istekli ile ihale komisyon kararında ekonomik açıdan en avantajlı ikinciteklif sahibi istekli de tespit edilmiş ise, bu istekli/isteklilere ait teminat mektupları ihaleden sonraİdarece muhafaza edilir.
