In the event that the contract is awarded tothe joint venture, Joint Venture Contract certified by a notary public shall be submitted beforesigning the Contract. It shall be specified either in the Joint Venture Agreement or Joint VentureContract that the real or legal persons setting the Business Parnership are jointly and severallyliable for the fulfillment of the commitment. Joint Venture Statement shall be filled in according tothe sample in APPENDIX-3 and submitted with tender.15.3. İş ortaklığında en çok hisseye sahip ortak, pilot ortak olarak gösterilmek zorundadır.
