If it is compulsory, approval of theprocurement authority shall be obtained. In this case, previous notices shall be deemed invalid andnotice of procurement shall be made again.13.2. Yapılan bu değişikliklere/düzeltmelere ilişkin ihale dokümanının bağlayıcı bir parçasıolan zeyilname, son teklif verme gününden en az 5 (beş) gün öncesinde, ihale dokümanı alan veihale dokümanını aldığı gün tebligat adresini ve belgegeçer numarasını idareye bildirenistekliler/istekli olabileceklerin tamamına belgegeçer ile bildirilir ve teyit alınır. Ayrıca, İdarenin internet adresinde deyayımlanır.Ammendment: Following the notice, in the event that substantial or technical mistakes ordeficiencies that may adversely affect the preparation of tenders or performance of the work aredetermined by the Contracting Entity or notified in writing by the tenderers, any amendment maybe made to the tender document and tender notice. All tenderers/those who may become tendererwho have obtained the tender document and informed the Contracting Entity of its notificationaddress and fax number at the same day shall be notified of the addendum regarding suchamendments and constituting a binding part of the tender document, by fax within minimum 5 (five)days before the deadline for submitting tender and it shall be confirmed.
