8.3. Bu yasaklara rağmen ihaleye katılan istekliler ihale dışı bırakılır ve geçici teminatları gelirkaydedilir. Ayrıca, bu durumun tekliflerin değerlendirmesi aşamasında tespit edilememesinedeniyle bunlardan biri üzerine ihale yapılmışsa, teminatı gelir kaydedilerek ihale iptal edilir.The tenderers that participate in the tender irrespective of the provisions above shall bedisqualified from the procurement and the respective bid bonds shall be registered as revenue.Furthermore, if the contract is awarded without determining the case at the stage of evaluation oftenders submitted, the relevant performance bond shall be registered as revenue and theprocurement shall be cancelled.9. Bu Şartnamede belirtilen bilgi ve belgeleri vermeyen veya yanıltıcı bilgi ve/veya sahte belgeverdiği tespit edilen,Tenderers that do not provide data and documents specified in this Specification or that providemisleading data and/or counterfeit documents,9.4. Bu Şartnamenin 8’inci maddesine göre ihaleye katılamayacağı belirtildiği halde ihaleye katılan,Tenderers that participate in the tender even though they are prohibited to participate in the tenderpursuant to Article 8 of this Specification.9.5.
