6.2. Belgelerin Sunuluş Şekli/Way of Submitting Documents:6.2.1. 6.1. ve alt maddelerinde istenen belgeler yabancı dilde hazırlanan orijinal nüshası veTürkçe tercümeleri ile birlikte verilecektir.The documents required in Article 6.1 and its subparagraphs shall be submitted in their originallanguage and with their Turkish translation.6.2.2. İstekliler tarafından sunulan, 6.1.2., 6.1.3., 6.1.7., 6.1.12., 6.1.13., 6.1.14. ve altmaddelerinde yer alan evrakların, ilgili maddelerde koyu renkle belirtilen kurum/kurum yetkilileritarafından imzalanması/onaylanması gerekmektedir. Ayrıca hiçbir şerhe yer verilmeksizin bahsekonu imzanın doğruluğu, belgeyi imzalayan kişinin hangi sıfatla imzaladığı ve/veya varsaüzerindeki mühür veya damganın aidiyeti/aslı ile aynı olduğu tasdik edilecek şekilde apostille kaşeliolacak veya ilgili ülkenin Türk Konsolosluğuna veya Türk Dış İşleri Bakanlığına onaylatılacaktır.The documents submitted by the Tenderers and provided in Articles 6.1.2., 6.1.3., 6.1.7., 6.1.12.,6.1.13., 6.1.14 and its subparagraphs shall be signed/approved by the institutions/authoritieswritten in bold in the related articles. Furthermore, the documents shall bear the seal of Apostilleor approved by the related country’s Consulate of the Republic of Turkey or Turkish Ministry ofForeign Affairs without any annotation confirming the truth of the signature on the document, thetitle of the signatory and/or if any, notary-authentication of the seal or stamp on it.6.2.3. Türkiye Cumhuriyeti ile diğer devlet/devletler arasında, belgelerdeki imza, mühür veyadamganın tasdik işlemine ait hükümler içeren bir anlaşma veya sözleşme bulunduğu takdirde, buülkelerden sağlanan belgelerin onayı bu anlaşma veya sözleşmeye göre yaptırılabilir.In the event that an agreement or a contract exists between Republic of Turkey and other state/scomprising the provisions related to approval of signature, seal or stamp in the documents, thedocuments issued from these countries may be approved in accordance with this agreement orcontract.6.2.4. Apostille tasdik şerhi taşımayan veya tasdik işlemine ilişkin özel hükümler içeren bir anlaşmaveya sözleşme kapsamında sunulmayan, yabancı ülkelerde düzenlenen belgelerin üzerindekiimzanın, mührün veya damganın, düzenlendiği ülkedeki Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Konsolosluğutarafından veya sırasıyla, belgenin düzenlendiği ülkenin Türkiye’deki temsilciliği ile TürkiyeCumhuriyeti Dışişleri Bakanlığı tarafından tasdik edilmesi gerekir.Signature, seal or stamp on the documents issued abroad which do not have Apostille seal or arenot submitted under an agreement or contract containing provisions that require certainproceedings in respect of approval shall be approved by the Consulate of the Republic of Turkey inthe related country or respectively by the representative office of the related country in Turkey andTurkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.6.2.5. Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Konsolosluğunun bulunmadığı ülkelerde düzenlenen belgeler isesırasıyla, düzenlendiği ülkenin Dışişleri Bakanlığı, bu ülke ile ilişkilerden sorumlu TürkiyeCumhuriyeti Konsolosluğu veya bu ülkenin Türkiye’deki temsilciliği ve Türkiye Cumhuriyeti DışişleriBakanlığı tarafından tasdik edilmelidir. Yabancı ülkenin Türkiye’deki temsilciliği tarafındandüzenlenen belgeler Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Dışişleri Bakanlığı tarafından tasdik edilmelidir. Fahrikonsolosluklarca düzenlenen belgelere dayanılarak işlem tesis edilmez.The documents issued in the countries where the Consulate of the Republic of Turkey is notavailable shall be approved respectively by the related country’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs,Consulate of the Republic of Turkey responsible for the relations with that country or representativeoffice of that country in Turkey and Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The documents issued bythe foreign country’s representative office in Turkey shall be approved by Turkish Ministry ofForeign Affairs. No procedure shall apply based on the documents issued by the ConsularAgencies.6.2.6. Yerli istekli tarafından 6.1 ve alt maddelerinde istenen belgeler Türkçe olarak verilecektir.
