The tenderers who can not meet these requirements in the preceding year may submitcertificates of the last two years as well as preceding year. Yabancı ülkede düzenlenen ve yayımlanması zorunlu olmayan bilançoların veyabunların bölümlerinin ibraz edilmemesi durumunda, yukarıda belirtilen kriterlerin sağlandığı o ülkemevzuatına göre bu belgeleri düzenlemeye yetkili merci tarafından onaylanmış belge ile tevsikedilebilir.The balance sheets or necessary parts of the balance sheets shall be issued pursuant to therelevant legislation and approved by the certified financial consultant or independentaccountant & financial consultant or tax office. The balance sheets or necessary parts of thebalance sheets issued in the foreign country shall be issued according to that country’slegislation and approved by the competent authority for issuing such certificates. Thetenderers who do not present their balance sheets or their parts that are not compulsory to beissued may certify that they meet the criteria specified above with certificates approved by thecertified financial consultant or independent accountant & financial consultant. The tenderers who do not meet thequalification criteria in these above-mentioned documents may submit last two years’ and lastthree years’ documents.
