The 1.0 <strong>meter</strong> and <strong>1.2</strong> <strong>meter</strong> reflectorsare deep drawn single piece units produced in high volume utilizing ultra precision drawdies. The reflectors are spot checked for R.M.S. surface accuracy with theodolites and dialindicator check fixtures. This ensures consistent production runs, thus ensuring consistentperformance. All reflector surfaces have an R.M.S. of better than twenty thousandths of aninch, and all flange mounting holes are die pierced for uniform accuracy in locating the feed.Patriot <strong>antenna</strong>s have superior corrosion resistance. The 1.0 <strong>meter</strong> reflector is dualside galvenized and the <strong>1.2</strong> <strong>meter</strong> reflector is produced from aircraft grade aluminum. Allreflectors and mount parts are powder coated with a U.V. inhibited polyester base finish thatis baked onto the metal. Mount parts that are not painted are galvanized.Patriot <strong>antenna</strong>s are designed to weather the storm. All of the <strong>antenna</strong> mounts aredesigned, with a 20% factor of safety, to withstand 125 Mph winds without yielding.
