Κέντρο Πολιτισμού ΊδρυμαΣταύρος Νιάρχος – ΕνημέρωσηStavros Niarchos FoundationCultural Center - UpdateΗ έγκριση της προκαταρκτικής Περιβαλλοντικής Μελέτης,τον περασμένο Αύγουστο, σηματοδότησε ένα σημαντικόβήμα προς την εξέλιξη του έργου, που οδηγεί στην έναρξητων κατασκευαστικών εργασιών. Η τελική έγκριση της Μελέτηςδόθηκε πρόσφατα, ενώ η έκδοση της οικοδομικής άδειαςπροβλέπεται να πραγματοποιηθεί στις αρχές του καλοκαιριού.Οι επόμενοι μήνες είναι εξαιρετικά σημαντικοί, καθώς πρέπεινα πραγματοποιηθούν μια σειρά σημαντικών βημάτων και νατηρηθούν συγκεκριμένα χρονοδιαγράμματα, έτσι ώστε ναολοκληρωθεί η σχεδιαστική φάση και να ξεκινήσει η κατασκευαστική.Το πρώτο από τα σημαντικά αυτά βήματα είναιη ολοκλήρωση της μελέτης εφαρμογής και των τευχών δημοπράτησης,τα οποία αναμένεται να ολοκληρωθούν προς το τέλοςτου καλοκαιριού. Το χρονοδιάγραμμα του έργου προβλέπειτην ολοκλήρωση της δημοπράτησης μέχρι το τέλος του χρόνου,γεγονός που θα οδηγήσει στην επιλογή του εργολάβου και κατάσυνέπεια στην έναρξη των κατασκευαστικών εργασιών, στα τέλητου 2011.Εν αναμονή της ολοκλήρωσης της μελετητικής φάσης του ΚΠΙΣΝ,προετοιμάζεται επίσημη παρουσίαση των ολοκληρωμένων αρχιτεκτονικώνσχεδίων από τον αρχιτέκτονα, Renzo Piano, τόσο γιατο ευρύ κοινό όσο και για τον Τύπο, η οποία θα πραγματοποιηθείστις 29 Ιουνίου. Παράλληλα, εντός του καλοκαιριού θα έχουνολοκληρωθεί σύντομη ενημερωτική ταινία για το έργο, καθώςκαι επικαιροποιημένη έντυπη έκδοση.The approval of the SNFCC Preliminary Environmental Study,in August 2010, signaled a significant step forward in the processof moving towards the beginning of the construction phase of theproject. The final environmental permit was received recently,while the building permit is expected early in the summer. Thenext few months are critical, since a number of important stepshave to be taken, and certain deadlines have to be metin order for the project to conclude the design phase and beginthe construction phase. The first of these important steps is thecompletion of the SNFCC design and the tender documents,which are expected to be finalized by the end of the summer of2011. The completion of the tender documents will lead into thenext step, which is the bidding process. The time frame of theproject requires for the bidding process to have been completedby the end of the year, leading into the selection of the GeneralContractor and consequently the beginning of the project’sconstruction, in late 2011.In anticipation of the completion of the SNFCC design, an officialpresentation of the plans by the architect, Renzo Piano, for boththe media and the public, is scheduled for June 29 th , whilea virtual tour informative video of the project and the updatedversion of the SNFCC brochure will also be released in thesummer of 2011.RPBW, ALAB3839
