What is a meeting?A meeting is:Any congregation <strong>of</strong> a majority <strong>of</strong> the members <strong>of</strong> a legislative bodyA. To hear, discuss or deliberate on any item within the subject matter jurisdiction <strong>of</strong> thebody or the local agency• Includes study sessions• Does not require that action be takenB.
