This chapter also discusses common configurationchanges usually made shortly after installation.Red Hat Setup AgentThe Red Hat Setup Agent guides you through some importantpost-installation configuration tasks, including settingup a basic firewall, deciding whether to enable SELinux,registering your system for Red Hat Network so it canreceive updates, and adding users.After installing Red Hat Enterprise Linux and rebooting, theSetup Agent welcome screen appears (see Figure 2.1). Thelist on the left side of the screen shows the tasks the SetupAgent will guide you through. Click Forward to continue.NOTEThe screenshots for the Red Hat Setup Agent shownin this chapter are for the graphical version. Thisversion is shown if you have selected to use thegraphical login screen (the default). If you configuredyour system to use a text-based login screen, which isthe default if you do not install a graphical desktop,the Red Hat Setup Agent appears in text-mode. Thequestions are the same, but the interface will lookslightly different.
