<strong>Cotton</strong> <strong>Palm</strong> is one of the special skills of <strong>Dayan</strong> <strong>Qigong</strong>. The formhelps us to release blockages and negative Qi from deep withinthe body, from the bones and the joints. It uses special techniquesand hand postures and is also based on walking around the TaijiTu (symbol), which creates a strong flow of Qi.<strong>Dayan</strong> <strong>Qigong</strong> has root in both Daoism and <strong>Buddhism</strong>. <strong>Chan</strong><strong>Buddhism</strong> is the one of the most popular Chinese branches of<strong>Buddhism</strong> because it has a has a very long history and its teachingshelp you reach a very high level. <strong>Dayan</strong> <strong>Qigong</strong> still retains its connectionwith <strong>Chan</strong> <strong>Buddhism</strong> and part of the system is the <strong>Dayan</strong> <strong>Qigong</strong> <strong>Chan</strong>Buddhist <strong>Meditation</strong>. Master Tse will be teaching these special exercisesfor the very first time.*Please note: The 18th of April is the arrival day. Teachingbegins on the morning of the 19th of April.
