[insert countries] through us (or any other Insurance Company authorised by us) this Master Policy willpay the difference between the limit of liability payable under such local admitted policy and thecorresponding limit of liability stated in the Schedule under Master Limits of Liability.It is hereby understood and agreed that:-1. The terms, definitions, exclusions and conditions contained in or endorsed onto this Master Policy shallbe those used to determine our liability under this Difference in Limits clause for any claim whichoccurs in a country where our authorised representative (or any other Insurance Company authorisedby us) has provided the Insured with a local admitted Policy and such Policy contains terms,definitions, exclusions, conditions, or endorsements which differ from this Master Policy.2. If the Insured has been provided by our authorised representative (or any other Insurance Companyauthorised by us) with other valid and collectible insurance against a loss covered by this Policy (1) inorder to comply with local statutory requirements or (2) for local coverage underlying this Policy, in anyof the countries to which this Policy applies, the insurance under this Master Policy shall be excessinsurance over, and in no event contributing to, such other insurance and the Limits of Liability underthis Policy shall be reduced by an amount equal to the Limits of Liability afforded under such other (1)statutory or (2) underlying insurance policy.Provided always that the total liability of us under this Policy and any such local admitted policy or policiesin respect of any one occurrence or series of occurrences arising directly or indirectly from one source ororiginal cause shall not exceed the Limit of Liability stated in the Schedule and if by virtue of the existenceof any such local admitted policy or policies we shall become liable to pay an amount in excess of suchLimit you shall immediately on demand pay such excess amount to us.All other policy terms and conditions remain unchanged.Drop Down ClauseIn the event of reduction or exhaustion of the aggregate limits of liability under said underlying insuranceby reason of losses paid thereunder, this policy subject to all the terms, conditions and definitions hereofshall1. in the event of reduction pay the excess of the reduced underlying limit.2. in the event of exhaustion continue in force as underlying insurance.The inclusion or addition hereunder of more than one Insured shall not operate to increase limit of liabilitybeyond those set forth in the Policy.Elevators/Escalators/Crane/Forklift LiabilityNotwithstanding anything herein contained to the contrary, it is hereby understood and agreed that thewithin policy will subject to its terms, limitation and conditions extended to cover your legal liability arisingout of any claim made in respect of elevators, escalators, crane and forklift warranted that regularinspection and maintenance of the insured elevators, escalators, crane and forklift shall be carried out byauthorized contractors.Excess Automobile Liability Endorsement[If any, insert Sub-Limit: [insert amount] any one Occurrence / Aggregate Liability]69
