Limited, and San Disk Limited respectively.All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.Car Park EndorsementIt is hereby declared and agreed that the insurance by this Policy is extended to cover the legal liability ofyou in respect of loss of or damage to vehicles under the control of you or your parking attendants whilst inthe car park of you.Provided always that:(i)we shall not be liable for any such loss or damage in so far as such loss or damage is covered byany other insurance.(ii) the liability of us under this Clause in respect of any such loss or damage and under the Policy inrespect of any bodily injury or damage to property shall not in any case exceed the [insert policylimit].CONTRACTUAL LIABILITY LIMITATIONThe definition of “insured contract” in SECTION V – DEFINITIONS is replaced by the following:“Insured contract” meansa. A contract for a lease of premises. However, that portion of the contract for a lease of premises thatindemnifies any person or organization for damage by fire to premises while rented to you ortemporarily occupied by you with the permission of the owner is not an “insured contract;”b. A side track agreement;c. Any easement or license agreement, except in connection with construction or demolition operationson or within 50 feet of a railroad;d. An obligation, as required by ordinance, to indemnify a municipality, except in connection with work fora municipality;e. An elevator maintenance agreement.CROSS LIABILITY CLAUSEIt is agreed that where you consists of more than one party the insurance shall apply to each party as if aseparate policy had been issued to each other; provided always that the aggregate liability of us shall notbe increased beyond the limits to which the insurance is subject.Difference In Conditions ClauseWhere a claim is made under a local admitted policy provided by the following countries: [insertcountries] through us (or any other Insurance Company authorised by us) and is rejected as not beingwithin its policy terms and conditions then this Master Policy will operate to provide an indemnity but onlyto the extent that we would have accepted the claim had it been made under this Policy provided howeverthat we shall not be liable to pay any deductible that would have applied under such local admitted policy.It is warranted that the local admitted policies referred to (or any policies issued in substitution and agreedby us) shall be maintained in full and that any warranties contained therein shall be complied with.All other policy terms and conditions remain unchanged.Difference In Limits ClauseIn the event that a claim is payable under a local admitted policy provided by the following countries:68
