What has gone wrong You have suffered a loss because of:-a. employee dishonestyIn all other respects this policy remains unaltered.ACE elite FraudProtector Insurance PolicyLoss Payee ClauseIt is hereby understood and agreed that:1. At the written request of You, any payment in satisfaction of loss covered by this policyinvolving money, securities or property in which has an interest will be paid by aninstrument issued to that organisation and the policyholder as joint loss payees, subjectto the following conditions and limitations:a. This policy is for the sole use and benefit of You. The organisation named abovewill not be considered as an Insured under this policy, nor will it otherwise haveany rights or benefits under this policy.b. Notwithstanding any payment made under the terms of this Clause or theexecution of more than one of such similar Clause, the amount paid for any oneloss or otherwise in accordance with the terms of this policy will not exceed thesum insured specified in item 3 of the Schedule to this policy.c. Nothing herein is intended to alter the terms, conditions and limitations of thispolicy.2. If this policy is cancelled, reduced, non-renewed or restrictively modified by us, we willendeavour to give thirty (30) days advance notice to the organisation named above, butfailure to do so will not impair or delay the effectiveness of any such cancellation,reduction, non-renewal or restrictive modification, nor will we be held liable in any way.3. If this policy is cancelled or reduced at the request of You, we will endeavour to notify theorganisation named above of such cancellation or reduction within ten (10) business daysafter receipt of such request, but failure to do so will not impair or delay the effectiveness ofsuch cancellation or reduction, nor will we be held liable in any way.In all other respects this policy remains unaltered.ACE elite FraudProtector Insurance PolicyNo Auditor Fee Extension ClauseIt is understood and agreed that the following paragraph under the Section of “What does thepolicy pay” is deleted in its entirety.“We will also pay for any auditor’s fees or investigative costs (other than internal costs orsalaries) incurred by you with our prior written consent in order to identify and to quantify losscovered by this insurance; and, any legal fees incurred by you in defending any demand, claimor legal proceeding resulting from a loss covered by this insurance. Such payment will be partof the sum insured.”In all other respects this policy remains unaltered.373
