In respect of any Claim made or action instituted within the USA or Canada:(a)The Limit of Liability provided by the Policy is deemed to comprise the maximumliability in all and in the aggregate, inclusive of all costs and expenses.(b)ACE is not liable for any fines or penalties or punitive damages or exemplarydamages or aggravated damages or any additional damages resulting from themultiplication of compensatory damages or any other non-compensatory damages ofany kind awarded against an Insured.(c)This Policy does not apply to any Claim directly or indirectly caused by, arising outof or in any way connected with:(i) seepage, pollution or contamination of any kind; or(ii) any actual or alleged violation of any responsibilities, obligations or dutiesimposed by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act 1974 or anyamendment thereof; or(iii) any actual or alleged violation of any of the provisions of the Securities Act1933, the Securities Exchange Act 1934, or any similar federal or state lawor any common law relating thereto; or(iv) any actual or alleged violation of the Racketeer Influenced and CorruptOrganisation Act 18 USC Section 1961 et seq and any amendmentsthereto or any rules or regulations promulgated thereunder.(v) any advice given on USA or Canadian law.3.
