本 附 加 條 款 未 約 定 事 項 悉 依 本 保 險 單 約 定 辦 理 。E0164 Difference In Conditions EndorsementBy way of endorsement to this policy, it is agreed that the Insurer shall, where permitted by the applicablelocal law and regulation of the jurisdiction in which this policy is issued, and subject to the Limit ofLiability and all other terms and conditions of this Policy, provide the following cover to the companyshown in Item 1 of the Schedule (as may be applicable):Where a Loss would be covered within the terms and conditions of the Master Policy and is not coveredin whole or in part within the terms and conditions of this policy, then, the terms of this policy shall beautomatically extended to provide such cover for the Loss as would have been provided if the claim hadbeen brought under the Master Policy, save to the extent that such cover under the Master Policy hasbeen specifically restricted or limited by exclusion or endorsement.
