Any reference to the Insurer shall be deemed to refer to the following Co-Insurers, but in relation to eachonly to the extent of their proportion of total liability stated below. Each Co-Insurer’s obligations areseveral and not joint and limited solely to the extent of the stated proportion. No Co-Insurer isresponsible for the proportion of any other Co-Insurer who for any reason does not satisfy all or any part ofits obligations.
