container;(e)Any failure to make such inspections, adjustments, tests or servicing as the vendor has agreed tomake or normally undertakes to make in the usual course of business, in connection with thedistribution or sale of the Product;(f)Demonstration, installation, servicing or repair operations, except such operations performed at thevendors’ premises in connection with the sale of the Product;(g)Product which, after distribution or sale by the Named Insured, have been labeled or relabeled orused as a container, part or ingredient of any other thing or substance by or for the vendor.2. This insurance does not apply to any insured person or organization, from whom the Named Insuredhave acquired such Product, or any ingredient, part or container, entering into, accompanying orcontaining such Product.Products Liability Exclusion – Designated ProductsNotwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, it is hereby noted and agreed that this Policyexcludes any liability arising out of or in connection with products except which are sold and/or distributedvia [insert vendors].All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.Endorsement – 3This policy will not be applied to any coverage which is subject to sub-limit under the underlying policy.Lot or Batch Clause EndorsementThis endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following:Any “Bodily Injury” or “Property Damage” that:A. Is included in the “Products Hazard”;B. Arises from the substantially same general harmful condition, cause, defect, error, or suspecteddeficiency; andC. Arises out of any one “lot” of “Insured’s product” that is prepared or acquired by the Insured;Shall be considered as a single “Occurrence”. Such “Occurrence” shall be deemed to occur when the“Bodily Injury” or “Property Damage” occurs for the first claim arising from such “lot”.For the purpose of this endorsement, a “lot” means all goods or products prepared or acquired:A. During the time frame that is the normal amount of time for a single “lot” in accordance with theinsured’s customary procedures; andB. At a single production facility; andC.
