The occurrence must take place in thePolicy territory.A claim shall be deemed to have been made only when suit is brought or written notice of such claim isreceived by the insured.All claims for damages because of bodily injury or property damage sustained by any one person ororganization as a result of any one occurrence shall be deemed to have been made at the time the first ofthose claims is made.The Company shall have the right and duty to defend any suit against the Insured seeking damages onaccount of such bodily injury or property damage, even if any of the allegations of the suit are groundless,false or fraudulent, and may make such investigation and settlement of any claim or suit as it deemsexpedient, but the Company shall not be obligated to pay any claim or judgment or to defend any suit afterthe applicable limit of the Company’s liability has been exhausted by payment of judgments orsettlements.DEFINITINIONS(I) Products-completed operations hazard:a. includes all bodily injury and property damage occurring away from premises the Insured owns or rentsand arising out of the Insured’s product or work except:(1) Products that are still in the Insured’s physical possession; or(2) Work that has not yet been completed or abandoned. However, work will be deemed completed at theearliest of the following times:(a)When all of the work called for in the Insured’s contract has been completed.(b)When all of the work to be done at the job site has been completed if the Insured’s contract calls forwork at more than one job site.(c)When that part of the work done at a job site has been put to its intended use by any person ororganization other than another contractor or subcontractor working on the same project.Work that may need service, maintenance, correction, repair or replacement, but which is otherwisecomplete, will be treated as completed.191
