aggregate.]The insurance afforded by this endorsement shall be excess insurance over any valid and collectibleproperty insurance (including any deductible portion thereof) available to you, such as but not limited toFire and Extended Coverage, Builder's Risk Coverage or Installation Risk coverage, and the "OtherInsurance" Condition is amended accordingly.All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.OVERSEAS BUSINESS VISITS LIABILITY (A)It is hereby declared and agreed that the policy is extended to cover your legal liability for death and bodilyinjury to third party persons and damage to third party property arising out of their executive traveling onbusiness trips overseas.USA/CANADA DOMICILED OPERATIONS EXCLUSION – with certain exception (A)Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary within this insurance or any endorsement thereto, it isagreed that this insurance does not apply to any claim arising directly or indirectly out of, caused by,resulting from, or in connection with any of [insert your or the Insured’s] USA/Canada domiciledoperations except sales office and/or warehouse situated in the United States of America / Canada usedby [insert you or the Insured] in relation to the export of products from worldwide (countries other thanUSA/Canada) and where [insert you or the Insured] do not undertake the repair, service, testing,treatment, modification or manufacture of products. "Sales offices" shall mean any office where [insertyour or the Insured’s] employees undertake the sale or marketing of the products insured.The addition of this endorsement does not imply that other policy provisions do not otherwise preclude orexclude coverage for any such claims, suits or proceedings.CONTRACTUAL LIABILITY ENDORSEMENT (A)This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following:COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE FORMThe definition of “Insured contract” in SECTION V – DEFINITIONS is replaced by the following:“Insured contract” means:a. A contract for a lease of premises. However, that portion of the contract for a lease of premises thatindemnifies any person or organization for damage by fire to premises while rented to you or temporarilyoccupied by you with permission of the owner is not an "insured contract";b. sidetrack agreement;c. Any easement or license agreement, except in connection with construction or demolitionoperations on or within 50 feet of a railroad;d. An obligation, as required by ordinance, to indemnify a municipality, except in connection with workfor a municipality;e. An elevator maintenance agreement;f. That part of any other contract or agreement (subject to all such contracts must be declared within30 days after entering into any written contract or agreement) pertaining to your business (including anindemnification of a municipality in connection with work performed for a municipality) under which youassume the tort liability of another party to pay for "bodily injury" or "property damage" to a third person ororganization. Tort liability means a liability that would be imposed by law in the absence of any contract oragreement.Paragraph f. does not include that part of any contract or agreement:(1) That indemnifies a railroad for "bodily injury" or "property damage" arising out of construction ordemolition operations, within 50 feet of any railroad property and affecting any railroad bridge or trestle,tracks, roadbeds, tunnel, underpass or crossing;(2) That indemnifies an architect, engineer or surveyor for injury or damage arising out of:183
