C. The most that we will pay under this policy for the sum of all damages and SupplementaryPayments (as set forth in Section III. Supplementary Payments) because of all “bodily injury” and“property damage” included in HUMAN CLINICAL TRIALS LIABILITY COVERAGE is the AggregateLimit of Insurance shown in the Schedule of this HUMAN CLINICAL TRIALS LIABILITY COVERAGE part.This Aggregate Limit is a sub-limit, and is included within, and is not in addition to, theProducts-Completed Operations Aggregate Limit shown in the COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITYCOVERAGE item of the LIABILITY COVERAGES DECLARATIONS.The Limits of Insurance for HUMAN CLINICAL TRIALS LIABILITY COVERAGE apply separately to eachconsecutive annual period and to any remaining period of less than 12 months, starting with the beginningof the Policy Period shown in the Declarations, unless the Policy Period is extended after issuance for anadditional period of less than 12 months. In that case, the additional period will be deemed part of thelast preceding period for purposes of determining the Limits of Insurance.VII.ConditionsThe following conditions apply to HUMAN CLINICAL TRIALS LIABILITY COVERAGE. The conditions inSECTION IV – CONDITIONS of the COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE FORM also applyto HUMAN CLINICAL TRIALS LIABILITY COVERAGE, and are incorporated herein by reference thereto.In the event of a conflict between a condition in SECTION IV – CONDITIONS and one of the followingconditions, the following conditions shall control:A. Duties in the Event of a “Clinical Study Incident”, Claim or “Suit”1. You must see to it that we are notified as soon as practicable of a “clinical study incident” whichmay result in a “claim”. To the extent possible, notice should include:a. How, when and where the “clinical study incident” took place;b. The names and addresses of any injured person and witnesses; andc. The nature and location of any injury or damage arising out of the “clinical study incident”.Notice of a “clinical study incident” is not notice of a claim.must:2. If a “claim” is made or “suit” is brought against any insured, you176
