(2) Performing duties related to the conduct of the insured’s business; orb. The spouse, child, parent, brother or sister of that “employee” as a consequence of subparagraph1.a. above.2. This exclusion applies:a. Whether the insured may be liable as an employer or in any other capacity; andb. To any obligation to share damages with or repay someone else who must pay damages becauseof the injury.This exclusion does not apply to liability assumed by the insured under an “insured contract”.Voluntary participation as a participant in a “human clinical trial” will not be deemed to be within the courseof employment or performance of duties as described in subparagraph 1.a. above.V. Nuclear MaterialsAny actual or alleged liability resulting directly or indirectly from “nuclear materials”, “waste materials”,“radioactive materials”, the “hazardous properties” of “nuclear materials”, “radioactive materials” or “wastematerials’ or from any radiation or “radioactivity”, unless such liability arises from “bodily injury” or“property damage” caused by a “clinical study incident” arising out of the use or intended use of“nuclear materials”, “waste materials”, “radioactive materials”, the “hazardous properties” of“nuclear materials”, “radioactive materials” or “waste materials” or from radiation or “radioactivity” used in“your product” or “your work”, provided that you or any individual on your behalf has obtained theappropriate approvals for testing of such products from the applicable government authority or regulatorybody for a specific medical diagnostic or therapeutic indication for use.W.
