The insurance does not apply to any person or organization, as Insured, from whom the Named Insuredhave acquired such Product or any ingredient, part or container, entering into, accompanying orcontaining such Product.SCHEDULEName of Person or Organization(Vendor):Product: As per the Schedule of the PolicyACE COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE (OCCURRENCE FORM)POLLUTION EXCLUSION –ABSOLUTENotwithstanding anything stated in this Policy to be contrary, it is declared and agreed that this Policy doesnot cover any legal liability arising out of or in any way connected with the following: the discharge,dispersal, release, seepage, migration or escape of Pollutants, including the cost of testing, monitoring,treating, detoxifying, removing, neutralising or cleaning up Pollutants.All the other terms and conditions remain unchanged.Amendment to Contractual Liability Endorsement-for designated vendor(s)The definition of 2.9 Insured Contract is amended to include the following:2.9.3 That part of the specified purchase contract(s) or agreement(s) pertaining to the Insured’sbusiness Insured signed with [Insert vendor’s name], under which Insured assume the tort liability of[Insert vendor’s name] to pay for Bodily Injury or Property Damage to a third person or organization, aspermitted under the applicable laws.
