This policy does not cover any legal liability arising out of or in any way connected with any productguarantee or warranty given by or on behalf of the Insured but this exclusion does not apply to legislativerequirements concerning product safety and information.AUTOMATIC COVER FOR NEW LOCATIONIt is hereby declared and agreed that, the indemnity provided by this policy shall apply automatically. If anypart of the premium is based on estimates furnished by the Named Insured, the Named Insured shall keepan accurate record containing all relative particulars and shall allow the Company to inspect such record.The Named Insured shall after the expiry of each Period of Insurance furnish such information as theCompany may require. The full premium shall thereupon be adjusted and the difference shall be paid by orallowed to the Named Insured.EXTENDED REPORTING PERIOD CLAUSEIt is hereby declared and agreed that [insert date] days Extended Reporting Period is provided by thispolicy without additional charge. Such extended reporting period starts with the end of the policy periodand lasts for [insert date] days, if:a. This policy is cancelled or not renewed; orb. We renew or replace this policy with insurance that:(1) Has a Retroactive Date later than the date shown in the Declarations of this policy; or(2) Does not apply to “Bodily Injury” or “Property Damage” on a claims-made basis.This Extended Reporting Period does not extend the policy period or change the scope of coverageprovided.
