ininen. I didn't sleep last night, so now I will
sleep fitfully. (Sleep in the morning after staying
up at night.).
uupa mufiya id. spoil plants. (Cause harm to a
person's plants by sleeping in his house soon
after the planting.). Syn: gn.
uupiya v2.tr. cook, boil. Eka yoowa uupep enake.
Boil water / Make tea and give to me. Aite
moma mesa onaiya uupok. Mother cooked taro
with winged beans.
uupua nn. bird's nest fern. Asplenium nidus. See:
