Parkingguards control all on-street parking spaces anddrivers pay parking guards cash up front forthe time they expect to park. No refunds areprovided for shorter parking. A receipt ( 发 票 )can be obtained on request. Individual parkingguards have a fixed revenue target, set by theirsupervisors, and all revenues above this target arepocketed by the guards.
