B. All rehearsal rooms shall be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.C. MANAGEMENT will endeavor to maintain temperature in all rehearsalrooms between 68 and 78 degrees Fahrenheit.D. Rehearsal room floors must be level, safe, and free from loose nails or splinters.E. Rehearsal venues will have restrooms that are clean and sanitary.F. For rehearsals out <strong>of</strong> the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts orWashington National Opera Studios, AGMA will be given the opportunity to inspect rehearsalvenues, 10 days prior to the distribution <strong>of</strong> the binding schedule, in order to determine that allconditions set forth in this Article XXXII are met.G. MANAGEMENT will notify ARTISTS <strong>of</strong> whether any rehearsals and/orperformances will take place outside the House Facility and the location there<strong>of</strong> on the contractschedule. In the event <strong>of</strong> an emergency such that MANAGEMENT is unable to give such noticeon the contract schedule, AGMA will be notified immediately upon MANAGEMENT becomingaware <strong>of</strong> the fact that rehearsals and/or performances will take place outside the House Facility.H. MANAGEMENT shall provide, in all rehearsal and performance venues, an eatingarea and a dressing area <strong>of</strong> sufficient space for performing PRINCIPAL ARTISTS,CHORISTERS and CORPS DANCERS waiting to rehearse and/or perform.I. MANAGEMENT shall provide, in all rehearsal and performance venues, adequateoperational lockers for use by performing PRINCIPAL ARTISTS, PRODUCTION STAFF,CHORISTERS and CORP DANCERS to store their valuables and street clothing duringrehearsals and performances, it being understood that MANAGEMENT shall have no obligationto provide locks for such lockers.J. MANAGEMENT shall provide, in all rehearsal venues, a sufficient number <strong>of</strong>music stands which shall be available for CHORISTERS’ use at all music rehearsals.K. 1. MANAGEMENT will endeavor to provide reasonable safeguards to protect thelife, safety, and property and health <strong>of</strong> each ARTIST, it being understood that each such ARTISTwill abide by reasonable safety rules and policies established by MANAGEMENT.2. No AGMA member shall be asked or required to perform any activity which willendanger his/her safety or health, or be subjected to physical or verbal abuse. Furthermore,MANAGEMENT will provide reasonable safeguards (guard rails, luminous paint/tape/uniformstairs, etc.) and sanitary work conditions.3. In productions which include mechanically-driven props (e.g. cars, motorcycles,boats) which convey, or are operated by, AGMA ARTISTS, MANAGEMENT will provide all43COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTJuly 1, <strong>2010</strong> through June 30, <strong>2013</strong>
