CHOREOGRAPHERS with regard to other provisions of this Agreement including but notlimited to Arbitration, Force Majeure, Health Insurance, and the like. To receive such healthinsurance benefits, CHOREOGRAPHER must be principally involved in the choreography of theproduction, but need not be present for all performances in order to be credited for eachperformance, as set forth in Article XVI of this Agreement.8. HEALTH COVERAGEa. CHOREOGRAPHERS will receive health insurance benefits as setforth in ARTICLE XVI of this Agreement with the exception of ARTICLE XXIX. C. 7 above.b. ASSISTANT CHOREOGRAPHERS and BALLETMISTRESS/MASTER will receive health insurance benefits as set forth in Article XVI of thisAgreement.D. MEDIA FEEa. For all filming, broadcasting, taping and recording for US/Canadarelease, STAGE MANAGERS, DIRECTORS, ASSISTANT DIRECTORS andCHOREOGRAPHERS shall receive no less than the compensation of PRINCIPALPERFORMING ARTISTS. ASSISTANT STAGE MANAGERS shall receive no less than thecompensation of CHORISTERS.b. MANAGEMENT will also make payments as required to AGMAHealth Plan B for STAGE MANAGERS, ASSISTANT STAGE MANAGERS, DIRECTORS,ASSISTANT DIRECTORS, and CHOREOGRAPHERS.c. Additional compensation for foreign sale or distribution or forsupplemental market release shall be no less for STAGE MANAGERS, DIRECTORS,ASSISTANT DIRECTORS, CHOREOGRAPHERS and ASSISTANT STAGE MANAGERSthan the minimum compensation for PRINCIPAL PERFORMING ARTISTS andCHORISTERS, respectively.29COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTJuly 1, 2010 through June 30, 2013
