C. CHOREOGRAPHERS, ASSISTANT CHOREOGRAPHERS, and BALLETMISTRESS/MASTER1. Per Diem payments shall be made in accordance with Article XXIX.B.3.5. CHOREOGRAPHERS shall be prepared to rehearse in accordance withthe parameters set forth in the Standard ARTIST’s <strong>Contract</strong>, provided said <strong>Contract</strong> has beensigned by the ARTIST or his/her agent prior to commencement <strong>of</strong> rehearsals.6. During each week CHOREOGRAPHER shall receive one (1) FREE DAYduring which there shall be no rehearsals or performances whatsoever.7. In recognition <strong>of</strong> the unique nature <strong>of</strong> the position, CHOREOGRAPHERSare not subject to the rehearsal limitations or the overtime provisions contained elsewhere in thisAgreement. However, MANAGEMENT shall assign only reasonable and industry-acceptedhours and responsibilities. Nothing in this Article shall abrogate the rights <strong>of</strong> the28COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTJuly 1, <strong>2010</strong> through June 30, <strong>2013</strong>
