will be compensated per performance service and paid additionally at the rate <strong>of</strong> 1/6 <strong>of</strong> theAGMA weekly salaries listed herein.iii. In the event OVERTIME compensation is an amountgreater than total performance service compensation accrued during the week <strong>of</strong> the E.O. P.performance, then OVERTIME provisions per Article XXIX.B.8. shall supersede.iv. All provisions regarding FREE DAYS for PRODUCTIONSTAFF as established in Article XXIX. B.7 <strong>of</strong> this Collective Bargaining Agreement shall apply.13. LEAVE OF ABSENCEa. A Leave <strong>of</strong> Absence <strong>of</strong> up to one year (12 months) shall be granted toany Level 2 PRODUCTION STAFF member without loss <strong>of</strong> first consideration status as outlinedin Article XXX. B. 5. a. and b.b. A Leave <strong>of</strong> Absence under these terms will be granted to no more thanone (1) PRODUCTION STAFF member at any one time:i. Leave <strong>of</strong> Absence request is required six (6) months priorto the first season affected by the intended leave.ii. To maintain first consideration status for re-employment,confirmation <strong>of</strong> intention to return must be received no less than six (6) months prior to thebeginning <strong>of</strong> the season in which the member will return.iii. In the event member decides not to return, he/she shouldnotify MANAGEMENT as soon as possible.iv. A minimum interval <strong>of</strong> three years between the end <strong>of</strong> oneterm <strong>of</strong> leave and the commencement <strong>of</strong> a subsequent term <strong>of</strong> leave is required perPRODUCTION STAFF member.14. PENSION CONTRIBUTIONSMANAGEMENT agrees to pay pension contributions calculated at (i) five percent (5%) <strong>of</strong> grosscompensation for <strong>2010</strong>-2011 season, (ii) six percent (6%) <strong>of</strong> gross compensation for the 2011-2012 season and (iii) six percent (6%) for all PRODUCTION STAFF members. This paymentshall be made to the AGMA Retirement Plan no later than the fifteenth (15 th ) day <strong>of</strong> the monthfollowing the month containing the final performance <strong>of</strong> the production.15. PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENTPRODUCTION STAFF shall be eligible for the dress rehearsal passes made available to AGMAmembers in Article XXX. HH.1.27COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTJuly 1, <strong>2010</strong> through June 30, <strong>2013</strong>
