30 minute meal break is given, MANAGEMENT, in addition to providing the meal, will payeach PRODUCTION STAFF member $15.00 per violation.9. ADDITIONAL PERFORMANCE FEESa. No PRODUCTION STAFF member shall be required to perform as asinger or supernumerary, except in cases <strong>of</strong> emergency, in which case s/he shall be paid theminimum performance fee <strong>of</strong> the performer he is replacing for each such performance in additionto his own weekly compensation.b. In the event a PRODUCTION STAFF member is required to wear acostume to run a show (exclusive <strong>of</strong> regular stage “blacks”), he/she will be compensated anadditional twenty dollars ($20) per performance10. PARKING/PARKING ALLOWANCEa. MANAGEMENT will provide adequate parking at WashingtonNational Opera Studio at Takoma, DC for all PRODUCTION STAFF.b. All fees incurred for parking for rehearsals or performances outside <strong>of</strong>the “House Facility” shall be fully reimbursed. In the event PRODUCTION STAFF is requiredto leave the “House Facility” for company business and return to the “House Facility”, theadditional parking fees will be reimbursed.11. MAXIMUM LENGTH OF REHEARSAL CALLSExcluding calls for Onstage Rehearsals, Tech and Dress Rehearsals, the maximum length<strong>of</strong> any rehearsal shall not exceed four (4) hours unless it is the only rehearsal <strong>of</strong> the day, in whichcase, the maximum length shall not exceed five (5) hours.12. EDUCATIONAL SERVICES AND DOMINGO-CAFRITZ YOUNGARTIST PERFORMANCESa. Services rendered by AGMA PRODUCTION STAFF for Educationaland Outreach Programs (E.O.P.) at the Kennedy Center (including but not limited to Look- Ins,Student Matinees, and Domingo-Cafritz Young Artist Performances <strong>of</strong> main stage productions)will be compensated as follows:i. All provisions regarding OVERTIME <strong>of</strong> PRODUCTIONSTAFF as established in Article XXIX.B.8 <strong>of</strong> this Collective Bargaining Agreement shall applyto weeks when there is no E.O.P. performance(s).ii. Services rendered during the week <strong>of</strong> an E.O.P.performance26COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTJuly 1, <strong>2010</strong> through June 30, <strong>2013</strong>
