As <strong>of</strong>7/l/10As <strong>of</strong>7/l/11As <strong>of</strong>7/l/12HOUSINGALLOWANCE(daily) $63.00 $63.00 $63.00Per Diem payments or HOUSING/HOUSING ALLOWANCE are not required if the individualis contracted for four (4) or more productions in a season.4. HEALTH COVERAGETo provide health care for PRODUCTION STAFF Members, MANAGEMENT agrees to pay (i)during the <strong>2010</strong>-2011 season eighty-five dollars ($85.00) per performance, (ii) during the 2011-2012 season eighty-six dollars ($86.00) per performance, and (iii) during the 2012-<strong>2013</strong> seasoneighty-eight dollars ($88.00) per performance. This payment shall be made to AGMA HealthFund Plan B, Account #2 no later than the fifteenth (15 th ) day <strong>of</strong> the month following the monthcontaining the final performance <strong>of</strong> the production. Quarterly reports <strong>of</strong> contributions paid in,benefits paid out, and amount and disposition <strong>of</strong> forfeitures shall be made to MANAGEMENT.For the purpose <strong>of</strong> this Article, PRODUCTION STAFF already covered by a MANAGEMENThealth plan shall not be included in this coverage.5. RE-EMPLOYMENTa. MANAGEMENT will give first consideration to STAGEMANAGERS and ASSISTANT STAGE MANAGERS who are contracted for three or moreproductions in the current season and who are available for the period required.b. MANAGEMENT will give first consideration to ASSISTANTDIRECTORS who are contracted for two or more productions in the current season and who areavailable for the period required.c. In making the re-employment decision, MANAGEMENT may alsoconsider the individual’s capability <strong>of</strong> performing the functions <strong>of</strong> the position and qualificationswith respect to their skills and previous evaluation records.d. MANAGEMENT shall use best efforts to issue returningPRODUCTION STAFF contract <strong>of</strong>fers by March 1 st <strong>of</strong> the current season if they are to be<strong>of</strong>fered engagement for next season.e. MANAGEMENT shall engage an Assistant Director on eachproduction through closing night <strong>of</strong> such production.24COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTJuly 1, <strong>2010</strong> through June 30, <strong>2013</strong>
