Should the STAGE DIRECTOR be required to rehearse alternate casts,provisions shall be made in the Individual Standard ARTIST’s Contract.4. STAGE DIRECTORS shall be prepared to rehearse in accordance with theparameters set forth in the Standard ARTIST’s Contract, provided said Contract has been signedby ARTIST or his/her agent prior to commencement of rehearsals.5. In recognition of the unique nature of the position, STAGE DIRECTORSare not subject to the rehearsal limitations or the overtime provisions contained elsewhere in thisAgreement. However, MANAGEMENT shall assign only reasonable and industry-acceptedhours and responsibilities. Nothing in this Article shall abrogate the rights of the STAGEDIRECTORS with regard to other provisions of this Agreement including but not limited toArbitration, Force Majeure, Health Insurance, and the like. To receive such health insurancebenefits, STAGE DIRECTOR must be principally involved in the staging of the production, butneed not be present for all performances to be credited for each performance, as set forth inArticle XVII of this Agreement.B. PRODUCTION STAFF1. “PRODUCTION STAFF” is defined as STAGE MANAGERS,ASSISTANT STAGE MANAGERS AND ASSISTANT DIRECTORS.2. WAGESa.
