PER WEEKAs <strong>of</strong>7/l/10As <strong>of</strong>7/l/11As <strong>of</strong>7/l/12Stage Directors $1,975.70 $1,975.70 2,015.20below.2. Per Diem payments shall be made in accordance with Article XXIX. B.3.3. Should the STAGE DIRECTOR be required to rehearse alternate casts,provisions shall be made in the Individual Standard ARTIST’s <strong>Contract</strong>.4. STAGE DIRECTORS shall be prepared to rehearse in accordance with theparameters set forth in the Standard ARTIST’s <strong>Contract</strong>, provided said <strong>Contract</strong> has been signedby ARTIST or his/her agent prior to commencement <strong>of</strong> rehearsals.5. In recognition <strong>of</strong> the unique nature <strong>of</strong> the position, STAGE DIRECTORSare not subject to the rehearsal limitations or the overtime provisions contained elsewhere in thisAgreement. However, MANAGEMENT shall assign only reasonable and industry-acceptedhours and responsibilities. Nothing in this Article shall abrogate the rights <strong>of</strong> the STAGEDIRECTORS with regard to other provisions <strong>of</strong> this Agreement including but not limited toArbitration, Force Majeure, Health Insurance, and the like. To receive such health insurancebenefits, STAGE DIRECTOR must be principally involved in the staging <strong>of</strong> the production, butneed not be present for all performances to be credited for each performance, as set forth inArticle XVII <strong>of</strong> this Agreement.B. PRODUCTION STAFF1. “PRODUCTION STAFF” is defined as STAGE MANAGERS,ASSISTANT STAGE MANAGERS AND ASSISTANT DIRECTORS.2. WAGESa. The minimum compensation for STAGE MANAGERS andASSISTANT STAGE DIRECTORS shall be on a weekly basis, as follows:7/1/10 7/1/11 7/1/12Level 1 $1,360.10 $1,389.70 $1,434.85Level 2 $1,477.60 $1,507.20 $1,552.4022COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTJuly 1, <strong>2010</strong> through June 30, <strong>2013</strong>
